*Cover when simmering.
*After simmering then awaken the tea, please open the tea bucket lid and let it rest for 30 minutes or wait for the tea to cool to 65 degree Celsius.

The ratio of tea soup to water to ice is 1:40:20.
100 grams of tea soup should be mixed with 4000 cc of water and 2000 grams of ice cubes.
►Fresh Milk Tea Ratio
Water Temperature: 90 degree Celsius
The ratio of tea soup to water to ice is 1:35:15 or 1:30:15
100 grams of tea soup should be mixed with 3500 cc of water and 1500 grams of ice cubes.
100 grams of tea soup should be mixed with 3000 cc of water and 1500 grams of ice cubes.
