This receipt takes tapioca size 2.5 as the example, other sizes shall be adjusted when cooking according to the ball size.
►Cook with Induction Cooker
- Dried tapioca to water is 1 to 7. That is, 3500cc water is for 500g tapioca, and any tapioca with total weight below 500g should come with 3500cc water to avoid scorching easily.
- Turn up the heat and make the water boiled, add dried tapioca and stir till all tapioca balls are floating to the top.
- Turn the heat to 90 degree or 1000w to 1200w, then continue to cook for 30 minutes uncovered, turn off the heat when 30 minutes is up and let it rest for additional 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes rest, strain the tapioca balls and rinse tapioca in cool drinking water till the tapioca is not heat.
- Put golden sugar or brown sugar as you like and mix with tapioca, and stir till all sugar powder completely melted.
